Movies

With vacation comes many movies.

Here is what I saw this last week.

I am still trying to determine what the point of this movie was, all I know is it was depressing.

Weird, but entertaining in a no brainer kind of way.

Hate to say it, but this was my favorite out of the whole bunch. Definitely lewd and crude humor.

Yes, I did sit through this for the boys. They enjoyed it and isn't that what really matters?

At the end of this movie, I was the person in the cartoon with a big "?" in a bubble over my head. WTH? This was hubby's choice when he went to the video store, thought it would be a good family movie. Apparently he didn't read the little synopsis:

A post-apocalyptic nightmare in which all of humanity is threatened.

And lastly,

Another of Dear Hubby's picks. Disturbing but also thought-provoking.
Did you see any good movies during the break?

Hi Laura,
I finally got to see Julie & Julia. I loved it (I got it for a Christmas present). Along with some old favorites...Christmas Vacation, The Christmas Story & The Wizard of Oz.

We saw It's Complicated. I liked it - my husband thought it was chick flicky but tolerable. I LOVED the Hangover too... and if I talk about it too much I'll get the Tiger song in my head for a full week.

Julie and Julia is great too!

Also Taken with Liam Neeson (on dvd and running on HBO this month) Good action/suspense movie, I was surprised how much I liked it!

Loved The Hangover! I really liked Revolutionary road, if for anything for Leo. He's an incredible actor and I think this was a great vehicle to showcase his ability.
Hated District 9, and last nights debacle was a Renee Zelwieger nightmare, New in Town. HORRRIBLE.
