As I am sure many of you have heard about the tragic, senseless loss of these 4 officers in Lakewood, WA. Today is their memorial service. I was driving home from the vet's office and saw 8 cop cars packed full of officers heading to their service. Please take a moment to pray for the friends and families of these fallen heroes. Rest in Peace.Thank you so much to all of the men and women who protect and serve our communities daily.

I have been watching the memorial service this morning and tears seem to come easily. The support of the officers from all over the US and Canada has been astounding. 1000+ royal canadian mounted police alone. The entire thing is such an incredible tragedy and I feel so very sad for the families - especially the nine children left behind.

Such an amazing display of paying respect. I can't stop watching it.
It's so sad. We just lost an officer this week in Pittsburgh, and the out pouring has been amazing.
